Cons
- Salary (at least 50-60% below the industry)
- Politics (super intense, which the CEO only favors a fews who are not competent on their duties)
- CEO (Jordan Cheng has no leadership skills, called himself a CEO but no experience and know nothing whatsoever)
- Late pay day (almost always late, my worst payday was after the 16th of the month, I have heard from the CEO's favorite that they have had their payday on the 26th before)
- Nothing to learn (the CEO's been taking advantage of his former students and used them as "CHEAP LABOR" and would not hire anyone with experiences to teach them anything.
- Management - NONE
- Career opportunities do not exist there
- Bonus - it's just a rip off, you don't get pay for your hard work last year, and it's only disbursted during mid year to previous their employees from leaving.
- Company culture is all surrounding politics
