Senior Management, people and their experience are not valued. Management don’t listen to concerns, they prefer to bury their heads in the sand. Focus is to move jobs to India, the IT department grew enormously a few years back and now they are drip feeding redundancies, with a larger round every now and again. Follow the latest buzz words and never complete things, lack of documentation, when things start going wrong the people who know the processes will have been made redundant, the people who coded the automation will have left and no-one will know how to fix the automation. Lots of in-house development which is of inferior quality. Company values are not being followed in IT, they think they are above them
