Pros

Competitive compensation. Dependable raises and bonuses. Attempt to inform all employees about Financials.

Cons

In the past I would have reviewed this as a great place to work, but things have changed resulting in a stressful environment. Employees do not trust management and for good reason. Even previously great managers are now micromanaging as a mandate from clueless very high-level "leadership". It is rare to find an executive here who understands the business they are driving and the very few competent executives are not invited to the decision maker's table. This is an ego driven organization with a bully at the helm who interprets valuable input as punishable criticism. No one challenges initiatives which make no logical or financial sense. Every 18 months or so one of the tip top has a dream about a great new vision, everyone across the organization is mobilized to actin, thousands of hours and millions of dollars later each of these dreams-turned-nightmares are abandoned to be swiftly replaced with the next buzz-word laden impossible dream vison to nowhere. Meanwhile employees who are told their good work has propelled success are simultaneously told to double their work load (with a smile) because budget won't allow hiring, and to do so under ever increasing surveillance. Nothing makes sense here anymore. This once pleasant and innovative environment has become toxic as a myriad of new executives flex at the expense of everyone in an attempt to make their roles relevant. The saddest part is that this is just scratching the surface.
