Pros
- Good amount of days off
- good amount of remote days (some 100% remote employees accross the world for some specific roles)
- never a late salary or an unpaid salary
- work life balance is pretty ok, some rush periods but nothing too bad
Cons
- zero vision: plans constantly changing, difficult to manage projects in that constant chaos
- absolute lack of trust: weird secretive vibes in management, mandatory cameras during meetings and other childish behaviors like this
- the product itself is actually terribly managed
- CEO has no empathy, trash talks past employees very often, and is not very nice, he doesn't build any real relationship with his employees, he just pretends to, and it's very robotic
- People who have been here for a while completely lose their spark and motivation, it's a pretty sad environment despite the team itself being great and very knowledgable
- a lot of turnover, which says it all
- salaries are pretty low, as the company barely makes it financially
- the health insurance is pretty bad
