I’ve been a ManTech employee for eight months. I was first contacted by Elizabeth Cho, Technical Recruiter; she addressed all my questions and concerns making it possible for me to except the position. The level of professionalism and consideration ManTech shows me is immeasurable. My experience with ManTech is a positive one. ManTech is always showing different ways of appreciation through recognition, gift cards, etc. I have opportunities for continuing education. Mantech provides the best alternative available for career progression. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Cons
If I have to put something as a con would be that the company doesn’t share much information about when a contract is ending to its employees.
