Pros
There are some very nice, smart, competent people tot work with. The Administrative staff, Human Resources, Tech Support, and the like are all very good at their jobs and very nice.
Cons
The management is awful. I repeat, management is beyond terrible. Managers don't know who you are, what you do, what your job is, and have no interest beyond playing nice with whomever the contract is with. But that's not even good enough, because said management can't manage these contracts so jobs are continually getting turned over and lost, contracts are cancelled or terminated early, and with no bench, employees are cut loose by the dozens on a regular basis. It's difficult to understand what motivates upper management to bid on and win a contract only to mismanage their way into getting it terminated due to incompetence. Also, the benefits are terrible, I mean they are the worst I've ever seen in 20 years. Poor health insurance with extremely high premiums, minimum paid time off, minimal holidays. Again, never seen worse benefits.
