      The wage and bonuses are good and make the sometimes stressful and unprofessional environment almost worth it.

      Cons

      Very unprofessional workplace with alot of disregard for female employees. Very male orientated including mannerisms.

      There isn't any pros. None.

      Cons

      No work-life balance. Try to back charge you any opportunity they get. Managers fully control the amount of money you can make and they give the best packs to certain teams then leave the rest of the teams chasing trying to make ends meet. So you end up working stupid hours for a poor wage.
