      Pros

      Able to work independently, Management values opinions of others and is open to making positive changes. Pay is decent and OT is available, have some great perks like an attendance bonus. Fellow employees are very friendly and great to work with.

      Location is in a very rural area.

      Family owned business, growing company with an owner who is actively involved in the company. Good paying job with profit sharing.

      Cons

      Senior leadership too focused on the bottom line and their own status. If you put your employees and customers first, the rest will follow.
