Supportive team and helpful seniors. Hands-on experience with CNC/VMC machines. Learned basic troubleshooting and maintenance. Company environment was safe and clean. Got to follow proper safety and quality standards.

Sometimes overtime was required. Few training sessions for new joiners. Limited career growth opportunities. Machines sometimes had minor issues. Communication between departments could be better.

No pros, everything is very poor be it the management, work culture or salary

There is nothing good in this company. No safety, Foundary dust all over, no salary, the food canteen is very poor and unhygienic
