Pros
There are not many pros to working at MAT. I have worked here for sometime, and although I am generally happy with everything, this place is nothing special.
Cons
The pay across all departments is generally below the national average. I have issues with how the company is run. Not a lot of communication between upper management and the regular employees. Sometime people leave their jobs here and no one ever sends out an email or lets anyone know that they left, or who will be handling that persons responsibilies going forward. Lastly, I don't feel like they recognize or compensate the quality employees who actually do their job and do it well.
