Pros
MATTER is a great place to work independently and get exposure to a number of industries, healthcare, non-profit, tech, venture capital, etc. Pay is a bit low. Work-life balance is generally solid.
Cons
MATTER can at times be a too fast paced environment for some. And, strategic goals are always shifting which can make it hard to focus and do valuable work.
