7yThank you for your feedback. As a fast growing company unfortunately workloads can get heavy at times. We want all our employees to experience a healthy work / life balance. We encourage you to speak with your manager regarding work life balance and how to leverage your earned comp bank, flexible work arrangement and/or summer hours.
Both technical and leadership training continues to be a key initiative. We are working hard to improve these area and welcome any suggestion. We support an open-door policy and invite you to have frequent discussions with your manager.
Our Annual Employee Incentive Plan that started in 2019 is designed to reward employees for business success and is part of our pay for performance philosophy.
