      Worked with some great floor staff

      Cons

      The WORST management I have ever seen. My direct Line Manager had complaint after complaint for bullying several staff members and they reward her with a more senior role. DONT work here if you expect HR to look after you because they wont.

      Had a great business manager and regional manager. Camaraderie and great friendships made with my on-site colleagues

      head office have no understanding of what it's like working in lower socioeconomic areas with marginalised groups
