Business outlook
Pros
Integrity and friendliness among colleagues. Lots of skilled people to learn from. Nice offices and well located, easy access from subway. Super flexible with the schedule. Lot's of different disciplines to try different things in the company, and very varied projects. Very flat organizational structure. Very open and human management. You need time off? You get it.
Cons
Compensation isn't super competitive. Not terrible, not great. Flat organization can be a problem for some: you don't get that much guidance, or a clear path to advancement. You're responsible for your own career. (To me that's neither a + or a - but some people complain about it)
