      Nobody cares They don't care about much as long as you show up almost every day, relaxed work environment, and low workload.

      Cons

      Nobody cares Low pay, bad benefits, old equipment, no HVAC, dirty, and my fellow employees have received only 3 small raises in the past decade. Full of casually racist bigots.

      they are a stable company and have all the material you need to complete the jobs assigned to you

      Cons

      staying busy all the time ,sometimes you end up sweeping floors for 10 hours instead of building the blast building
