This organization fosters a toxic work environment built on fear, retaliation, and inconsistent leadership behavior. Management frequently challenges staff, yet becomes passive‑aggressive and retaliatory when their own decisions or actions are questioned. This dynamic has created a culture where employees focus on “doing just enough not to get fired” rather than feeling empowered to contribute meaningfully. Leadership operates in a fully reactive mode with no demonstrated interest in building a proactive, strategic, or supportive IT environment. The organization lacks a technical CIO, and the VP of IT does not serve as an effective advocate or buffer for the IT department. Instead, they engage in bullying, condescending behavior, and unprofessional commentary both behind employees’ backs and openly in front of others. The IT department also exhibits deceptive practices during the hiring and onboarding process, misrepresenting responsibilities, expectations, and organizational stability. Management is resistant to compensation discussions and becomes defensive when challenged. In my case, my job scope was changed within weeks of starting, and that shift was used as justification to avoid honoring a previously promised salary adjustment. There is no clear identity, direction, or long‑term vision for the IT department. Anyone considering employment here should ensure that all agreements—especially those related to compensation, responsibilities, and advancement—are clearly defined, unambiguous, and documented in writing before accepting an offer.

None. Really. Sometimes they have parties.

Cons

This company is giving people gift cards to leave positive reveiws so don't trust what people are saying. This company will change your schedule, make promises they never intend to keep and make the job harder to do to please investors and management who have no idea how to do the jobs they do usually. The middle management is unkind, unprofessional and fighting constantly for glory. Awful place to work. The work is easy. The workplace environment seems okay at first until you realize how they operate and that they do not care about their employees, work life balance or anything. The pay is pretty awful and they will only ever give negative feedback. They play favorites alot for some departments over others.
