Work can be stressful at times with last-minute changes due to budgets and new priorities. Some Postal managers are inexperienced at leadership and general management, but they mean well. As contractor, sometimes treated differently then Postal employee counterparts. Similar to other federal contractor roles.

The company provides excellent HR, Payroll, and Technical support. The HQ managers are very responsive and helpful

The on-site supervisor was of little or no help. They were completely compliant to the client (naturally) so I felt alone on an island when there were any issues with the client.
