      Great Culture and Training - Account Manager MBA Direct Employee Review

      Pros

      Since joining this company I have been extremely happy with the culture and the training I have received. During our morning meetings, we are able to take away valuable information on sales, leadership, and many other topics. The coaching I get one on one from the owners of the company is something I think stands out from other companies. They come out and do sales with different people at least three days a week to help us get better at our craft and to just get to know us.

      Cons

      Every job has its day and this one is no different, however there is no cons worth mentioning.

      Pros

      The people, environment and the atmosphere are amazing at MBA Direct. I can honestly say this is a job i truly enjoyed coming into the office everyday. Very inspirational.

      Cons

      There aren't any cons, if you work hard you can get anything you want at this company.

      Pros

      -fun environment before going on the floor to sell -nice coworkers and managers -great script for selling direct TV

      Cons

      -if you don't sell, you get a CUT out of your already LESS THAN MINIMUM WAGE paycheck. -MBA Direct LIED to me about base pay. Paper states $300/week. I received HALF of that for 48 hours of work! -Manager wont' get back to me about the $300/week promise and is waiting for me to "let it go" -DON'T go with this company if you hate selling or are unable to sell 5+ direct TV's a week because you'll get LESS than minimum wage for working!
