      There is nothing to add here.

      Cons

      This is the worst company with the wildest CEO ever. Always give infinite task, never friendly, he forgets everytime and you are always wrong unless he does it. Also he employs a lot of Romanian people paying them nothing and the contract is illegal.

      Pros

      Working hours were aligned with the trading hours on the East Coast. Leaving the office before the traffic started was great!

      Cons

      Too many random changes and very little delegation and trust to execute.
