Can learn how not to do things. If your team and boss are good, then a good place to work.
Cons
Mgmt doesnt trust staff, staff dont trust mgmt. There are so many wrong things going on (bad governance, trying to pull short cuts, bad proposal papers, lack of accountability, etc.), amazing how regulator isnt being more strict with this bank.
