Pros
I really do love my job at MBX. Supportive environment, fantastic work-life balance, and lots of room for growth. As part of a tiny but mighty marketing team, I feel supported by my coworkers in projects and I always have a voice when it comes to big decisions or new ideas. That said, it isn't too small of a team (or company for that matter) where it's more of a startup vibe. I never feel required to wear too many hats or reach unrealistically outside of my role's expectations. Whenever I go above and beyond, it's always recognized and appreciated.
Cons
Only negative I can comment on is that the comp ranges are slightly lower than the industry standard. I have never considered this to be a deal breaker since the work-life balance and opportunities for promotions far outweigh a smidge higher paycheck.
