Pros
You will learn how to deal with the people. If you are not enough capable you would get job here for sure. Actually Engineers work on clients side and MCA internal employees enjoy and do party on their salaries commission.
Cons
I don’t know from where to start but I am sure its no gonna stop if I start. Those give high ratings here are internal employees. Avoid this company as much as possible. Search on internet product based company in Netherlands and direct apply you would get more salary because MCA have limited clients and you can easily get job there why to pay commission from your salary to let them enjoy on party??
