Pros
The ability to work from home is very convenient, especially if you have kids. The vacation policy is unlimited days, so as long as your work gets done there is usually little, if any, complaints. The people who work for MCF are fantastic; very hardworking, willing to help coworkers if needed, and quite good at their individual jobs.
Cons
There is always a constant fear that you are going to lose your job, no matter how well you do it. The CEO talks down to people, calling them dead branches, etc. It has not been unheard of in the past for the CEO to give someone a public dressing down on a call with others from the company to witness the event. MCF is frequently changing directions on the organization, nothing stays policy for very long. Often, when you take an actual vacation you are still expected to work through it. The work/life balance is terrible if you don't stand your ground on that balance. Employees are under-compensated for their talents.
