Pros

The trainer was really nice and professional, although some important information about software was left out but I do not blame the trainer himself. Most managers are pretty laid back.

Cons

Pay and bonus dates were completely false in advertisement. They quoted starting pay and used a number that you can only achieve if you get maximum sales, and pretended that was the starting pay in advertisement. Bonuses were given 2 months in instead of 1 month because of a trick they used with the scheduling/pay schedule. End of training was rushed and a few of the systems that were used the most in the actual call center were not covered that well in the training. They told us we wouldn't be doing calls until the 3rd week and they ended up trying to rush people in the 2nd week and caused 3 people to quit right then and there. Too much yelling and loud talking in the call center. People that are actually on calls constantly have to cover their ears and ask clients to repeat themselves.

Pros

The training I received at MCI has been outstanding and has prepared me exceptionally well for my role. The trainers are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping employees succeed. The training program provided a thorough understanding of company policies, systems, and customer service expectations while offering hands-on experience that built my confidence. I especially appreciate the supportive learning environment and the continuous guidance provided throughout the process. Thanks to MCI's comprehensive training, I feel well-equipped to deliver excellent customer service and contribute positively to the team from day one.
