The CEO Rick, will literally give you the shirt off his back. He's truly believes this is a people first company. Everyone is there to support you and it is not a start-up feel, but one of family and belonging. You can put your roots in here and grow at this company.

There is a lot of diversity in the projects that we do from Dental and healthcare to Vet med and laboratories. Sometimes that means you can be tasked to more than one project at a time, but you have the support. It can just be a lot of exposure if you're not used to it.

MD is a casual workplace where people are genuine and down to earth. It's the opposite of a competitive corporate setting and everyone is there to help and support your professional and personal life. It's a very welcoming environment and majority of management is very open to giving you full reign over where you'd like your career to go - there are a lot of opportunities to step up and lead tasks and projects.

Since it's a smaller firm and business, a lot of processes have yet to become established, which can at times be frustrating.
