      Pros

      This was my first job after college, so I am new to the "contracting" world. MDI made things very clear and are very easy to work with. There is no micro-managing!! Pretty easy to get in contact with HR and get any questions I had answered pretty fast. I love the fact that my recruiter stays in contact with me and "checks in" to see how things are going (very personal feeling).

      Cons

      No compensation for holidays. No paid vacation. *unless these things need to be negotiated and I was unaware.

      Pros

      Positive things are happening at MDI and it started with Ella coming back in as the CEO. She listened to what changes needed to happen and the company is moving in a great direction by being focused on sales and headcount. Kickoff was amazing this year. Leadership really listened to us and brought back the trainers that added real value to our recruiting staff. Looking around the room it was nice to see people with 13 years sales experience mentoring people with 5 and 3 years experience. What was more refreshing was that there was 5 women in leadership there and they are kicking butt with their teams! President's Club criteria is finally changing and more people are going to get to go....It really is a great place where great people work!
