Good place at getting experience and moving on. Unless you are well connected through office politics which makes rising up not an issue. Worked here for a very long time had tons of fun.
Cons
It was like a family. It was definitely a growing business. It also has way more potentials to grow just like India. India hasn't improved neither will this company. People who complaint and care about the company are either fired or removed as they are seen as competition. Depression is a word that goes hand in hand with this company. They will work you late at night not pay overtime and then when you complaint about making things better the solution is to remove the employee. Same mistakes are made again and again because when you complaint you are the troublemaker. They are also borrowing money from banks to run the company. This should give you a hint at their financial condition.
