Time to get real - Anonymous employee MDS Global Employee Review

A number of months ago, we completed a departmental organisation change here at MDS to improve capability and acknowledge that, with any business this can create a period of unrest for individuals. We’re very lucky at MDS to have a team of very talented and passionate employees who work hard and I also have a HR team who care about our people and their welfare. We continually strive for our people to achieve high standards and partly, this is within our company policies and procedures. Any cause for concern will be managed on a case by case basis.
