Pros
Flexible schedules and good work/life balance, work independently and high level of job security. It's a small company with quite a bit of diversity and your opinion is valued.
Cons
Absolutely no chance of advancement and the pay is horrible. The owner does not value his employees and only looks a the bottom line.
