Pros
The business has been, and still is, in turnaround. Huge improvements have been made to protect the financial viability. With New Product Development and many other general business and process improvement activities the only way is up but it will take a bit of time.
Cons
We need to overcome some fairly antiquated methods in our approach, including use of better, more integrated and more capable IT systems to drag us into the 21st century.
