      Pros

      Positive work environment, where people work together to get things done. Flat hierarchy with a familiar touch. Very strong technical work force. Working hours are flexible within reasonable boundaries.

      Cons

      Little room for advancement. Geographic location is in the industrial area of Winterthur. Supplying to a niche market, customer acquisition is a challenging task

      Ein eingespieltes Team, dass teils schon rund 20 Jahre dort arbeitet und sehr viel Know-How aufgebaut hat.

      Cons

      Die Muttergesellschaft übt sehr viel Druck auf die MECOS aus, daher ist die Stimmung sehr schlecht.
