      Descent pay most people are good to get a long with. Good benefits

      Cons

      Anyone can be a manager here however not every manager can manage. So many corporate changes with the Dupont take over and as everyone knows Dupont is too big for their pants and doenst know how to practice what they preach especially ethics.
