      Lack of direction/focus/strategy. Demoralizing, lack of appreciation for employees, leading to unhappy campers and attrition. Stay away at all costs

      Pros

      Smaller company so things get done faster without bureaucracies. Fast Pace. Smart people working there.

      Cons

      Definitely not a 40 hour work week. Much more if you wan stay on their good side.

      - small company atmosphere - interesting projects - variety of tasks - friday pizza

      Cons

      - employees not treated well - barebone benefits/compensation - small/cramped office - reviews/salary increases sometimes skipped without notice - minimal investment in equipment, resources - atmosphere can be toxic/harsh - low moral - high turn-over rate
