Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback and reflections on your experience during your many years at MERGE. Though you’ve been through many changes and transformations at the agency, we’re glad to hear that the mentoring program provided meaningful guidance during your time with us and you enjoyed working with your colleagues. We regret that your experience with career progression, communication, and transitions fell short of your expectations. While it may not be apparent to all employees, we are always looking for ways to elevate our employee’s skills through opportunities in support of their growth and development, whether it’s through taking advantage of our learning and development opportunities through LinkedIn Learning, enrolling new managers in a certification training program or providing workshops and training around public speaking and presentation skills. Additionally, throughout our review cycles that happen twice a year, we’re thrilled of the large group who we promote across the agency. All in all, MERGE is a performance driven culture that rewards high performers and offers ample learning opportunities for everyone to thrive. We wish you continued success and best of luck in your future.

Pros

My experience at Merge has been very positive. The leadership team is consistently focused on the growth of both the team and its individual members (and clients). It's a very flexible environment with a strong emphasis on client service and supporting their unique goals.

Cons

None at this time - This is a positive work environment!

Pros

No pros since we've had this new leadership team. So much potential, but going no where with all these new people who have no idea how to run a business.

Cons

I've seen a lot of change over the years, but this new executive leadership team is by far the worse MERGE has ever had. The leadership team has tripled in size over the past year, but we can't seem to win any new business and some of our current clients are leaving us as well. It's evident to our clients that we can't get our act together. In addition to that, MERGE has been quietly firing some really talented people. They've been replaced by people that don't know what they are doing. This has led to other staff members having to take on the additional responsibilities. New leaders have made it clear that they only deal with high level responsibilities and demand their staff to figure everything else out. Unfortunately, no one will question or ask for help anymore as getting fired will always be the outcome. Morale is at an all time low and it's no longer worth going into the office. They do not value their employees and it's blatant with all the benefits and perks they've cut back in the last few months.
