      Stable working hours Pay is not bad for the position Benefits Upper management is understanding whenever an employee is in an crisis such as when a family member passes away Ability to work from home some days a week

      Low prospects of promotions or raises Work is very monotonous Training needs improvement in some areas Hard work can sometimes feel fruitless

      Pros

      Work was challenging, and lots of variety. Decent co-workers who truly feel like siblings after a while.

      Cons

      Lack of support from VP, Clinic Manager, Upper Management. Hours vary - ALOT! Lack of security or safety for staff at clinics in rougher areas. Unrealistic expectations.
