I worked at Messika and found the experience to be quite challenging and stressful due to issues with management. The General Manager displayed a pattern of frustration and rudeness when things didn’t go as she liked, which created a tense and uncomfortable work environment. Additionally, there were frequent changes in plans and inconsistent communication, making it difficult to work efficiently and effectively. This lack of clear direction and stability affected the overall work atmosphere. While the company has potential, addressing these management issues could significantly improve the work experience for future employees.
