Immaturity/Lack of Professionalism: A real Dungeons & Dragons crew roleplaying Grown Up Company. As an actual professional adult, you'll sit back and collect a paycheck while they recreate middle school hierarchies in an effort to come out on top this time. Boomer Communication: 'I' statements? Never heard of them. Revert to petty territoriality, name calling & backstabbing over literally the dumbest things you've ever even thought of. Emotional regulation is not required. 401k is a joke. Matching?! Only the sketchiest, most convoluted profit sharing scheme you've ever heard of, so there's absolutely nothing holding you back from working here while you look for a job at a real company, and then leaving abruptly when you find one. Working was never your dream anyway. Careers are dumb. This job can fund your real goals, although definitely at a rate below market average.
