      Decent pay, paid time off and holiday pay. Ability to work around other crafts

      Cons

      Nepotism is obvious, promotions are not done based on merit but more on demographic needs, they let the threat of a discrimination investigation deter foreman from punishing bad workers, management will sell out anyone to save themselves

      Place is not meant for interns, place is understaffed and they expect you to learn everything on your own with no guidance.

      Some very entitled people. Not given fair opportunities for promotions. It’s who you know not what you know.
