Pros
Up to a point, when it was still named Metro Systems it was a good environment, where I could implement my ideas, and actually have an impact on our business. Colleagues are in generally friendly, and the general athmosphere is pretty good. Compensation is somehow in line with the market.
Cons
After half of the company was sold to Wipro, the athmosphere started to deteriorate, even for the people in Metro Digital. There were a lot of changes at management level, and not good ones; from my point of view, I noticed a decrease in the management competence in the last 2-3 years. Secondly, the business also seems to be on a negative trend, with the business from a few countries being sold to competitors on that market.
