Corporate office constantly asked for trade secrets and confidential info from previous employers. Once you complained to HR the common phrase use is ( let's manage them out ). Are you kidding me! Then the tactic use against the person is to completely overwhelm the employee with work until the quit, or they fail thus have the ammo to fire them. There is a reason why this company has a HIGH turn over! They are quick to hire and quick to fire! If I could give a zero star rating I would!
