Pros
it is a friendly environment to work there. i am able to work independently and with others when needed. i manage the building to make sure everything under control. i ensure the safety of others while i am on post.
Cons
sometimes when i am on schedule i am called at the last minute not to come in because they have someone else that needs hours, an i am send home which in that case makes me have less hours scheduled. sometimes they schedule two officer for the site at once. theres no punch in system we are told to use paper as a sign in.
