We appreciate the candor of your feedback, but were surprised with the comments regarding micro-management. While we do expect people to be available most of the day during business hours (that's what we get paid for), we do have some nice flexibility with remote work and believe we have not fostered a firmwide culture of micromanagement. Based on our engagement scores, most people at the firm truly appreciate the culture we have built.
That being said we also want to foster an environment where you can address issues directly with your manager in one to one meetings or in the quarterly conversation. If you are not comfortable doing that, I welcome you to schedule a call me as I would like to discuss your experiences in a confidential and safe space. If we find your manager is abusing their power, we were not aware of this, and would make adjustments to correct that immediately. Sincerely, Brian Wolf
