1.Very bad management, no proper system. 2.No work-life balance, most days you work from 8 AM to 10 PM. 3.Bosses keep changing their decisions almost every hour. 4.They use rude and bad language with employees. 5.Even on Fridays or family time, you may suddenly get a call from your boss to do work. 6.You may get transferred many times in a single week.
