there isn't any notable pros to name for MGO - anything that is a pro at MGO can be found at a different firm. There's nothing that really distinguishes MGO from any other firm in terms of pros or benefits.

If you decide to accept an offer from MGO, be prepared to work nights and weekends for lousy pay, deal with management that has no clue what they're doing, have constant IT issues, and be lied to about your compensation and promotions. Word of advice - look for employment elsewhere.
