Pros
- Excellent client base - Good media smarts - Rapid junior progression (in title but not necessarily pay...) - Deputy CEO is excellent and will hopefully take over at some point
Cons
- Sub-optimal salary and benefits. Long way off competitors - No international presence meaning limited opportunity to win the really big mandates - Ancient office, bursting at the seams Monday-Thursday. Gross toilet facilities
