Nobody knows what they're doing - Product Designer MIADVG Employee Review

MIADVG has presented me with valuable opportunities and challenges. It's main client, TaxRise, is a fast growing tax relief company with continuous development, where ideas for innovation are improvement are appreciated and considered. The culture in the marketing department is fun, all inclusive, and continues to grow exponentially in terms of ability and achievement. Some of the cons listed here are valid, but can many times be turned into opportunities if you pivot and focus on delivering value to the company.

Team work makes the dream work! Ever since I walked into the door, I noticed such a sense of teamwork and investment from my colleges. There's freedom to try new things, to test, to explore. For someone like me that's huge! There's free lunches, company wide events, all of these things really help me get to know my colleges a lot better. Management is also very approachable and always open to answering the questions I have. Overall I'm very happy with my experience!
