Pros
The company doesn't entertain waste. So all the employees are very good at what they do and more so, specialists in their field. It is a gift to work with the best and brightest in the business.
Cons
The two partners who run the firm are incapable of scaling. As a sales professional, all your leads will go through a partner who acts as your manager. He will cherry pick them for himself (yes, your manager competes with you!) and toss you the scraps. He will also take over your meetings as if you're not even there - doesn't know how to share the floor. And you will need to involve him to materialize an estimate.
The worst of this company is that is has a way of avoiding paying commission. If you get an offer, you will see that ambiguous commission structure (about sharing the workload, leading and assisting). This contract is how they go about paying you less on deals and in some cases, suggesting you didn't earn a commission after all (and not pay you).
