      Pros

      The people in the office are incredible. Genuinely supportive and kind. Beats being unemployed. Technologies, customers and projects are incredibly interesting.

      Cons

      Draconian work culture. All take, expected to work as long as the business needs you. Daily exposure to passive aggressiveness. If your face doesn't fit, you never will. No room for personal or professional growth. Very poor communication. No management structure or HR. Pension is POOR. Be prepared for a workplace rollercoaster.

      Pros

      Decent pay and the engineers there are very smart/good at their jobs as well as personable. It is also a really good opportunity to learn.

      Cons

      Political views are voiced more often than is appropriate but it’s mainly uncomfortable because it’s some of the folks in charge bringing it up. There is also unfettered access to inventory but it’s always the people in the warehouse that catch the blame when something is misplaced.
