Fast paced, high growth, entrepreneurial environment. Lots of room for growth Lots of opportunity for self motivated consultants Culture where pitching in and helping each other out is embedded. Good focus on work life balance relative to other consultancy - very work hard/play hard Amazing list of clients with long term relationships Projects keep getting more complex and interesting
Cons
Sometimes difficult to carve out time for practice development work when so much billable work to do Organization going through some transitions due to rapid growth
