Pros
There are some talented and bright consultants. The money can be good if you know how to negotiate.
Cons
Actual consulting engagements do not come by often. Majority of the engagements are staff augmentation/ bodyshop. Many consultants end up working for the same client (mostly public or manufacturing sector) for years doing BAU work. To echo other reviews MIGSO| PCUBED is more of an outsourcing / recruitment agency rather than a consultancy. Switching engagements is a battle uphill at best, their view is "if it ain't broke don't fix it". Personal development goals and preferences continuously disregarded. Training and development is non existent apart from the in house Agile certification courses and Linkedin learning. Performance review consists of an excel spreadsheet with close to a 100 different competencies/behaviours that you need to evaluate yourself against and provide an example for each ( none of it is actually read by the review panel). Promotions have very little to do with your performance and are mainly based on who shout the loudest and are "pally" with the senior management. Very hierarchical with old boys club undertones, your ideas and suggestions are listened to only if you are at the top. Having only a handful of clients the pipeline of work is at the very least uncertain, there were instances of no new work coming in for months(pre-covid) as a result you could end up on the bench for a long time. High turnover of employees.
